By using Rent It For The Games website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Due to the nature of this process, we cannot accept any responsibility for what happens between the home owner and the visitor.
- We highly recommend that you, the home owner, charge the visitor an additional refundable damage deposit to cover any damages to your property at the end of the stay. If there are no damages to the property at the end of the stay, the full damage deposit should be returned to the visitor.
- We highly recommend that you do NOT pay the full amount of the rental cost before you arrive at the city hosting the games. It is very common that the home owner will charge a small non-refundable deposit (usually 10-20%) to simply take their home out of the market, and the remaining balance will be due once you arrive at the property.
- It is also very common that the home owner will charge a damage deposit which will be used to pay for any damages to their home after your stay. If there are no damages to the property, you should expect to receive the full amount of the damage deposit back on your departure.
Home owners renting out their homes
- Rent It For The Games is simply a website to connect you, the home owner, to the World Cup or Olympics visitors. Once the visitors find a property they like, they will contact you from within our website and all communication thereafter are between you and them.- Due to the nature of this process, we cannot accept any responsibility for what happens between the home owner and the visitor.

World Cup / Olympics visitors seeking accommodation
- Rent It For The Games, cannot verify all properties listed on this site due to the nature of the website. We simply put you in touch with the home owner and any communication between you and the home owner is between the two parties and RIFTG will not be involved in any way.- We highly recommend that you do NOT pay the full amount of the rental cost before you arrive at the city hosting the games.
